Hitchin : Wedding Fair, The Priory Walled Garden - Camp Marquees

A couple of weekends ago I was rather busy.  Two wedding fairs in one weekend and my birthday? Bring it on! Saturday was spent in my new home town of Hitchin in Hertfordshire at the Priory, a lovely hotel with a  secret walled garden where Camp Marquees pitched their gorgeous tents for the day.  (These are not your usual marquees - one is pink and yellow Indian gloriousness and the other cute bell tent...I LOVE!) I set up my table with  prints, frames and my new beautiful album (more on that in another post!).

It was great to meet people from the local area and get to know potential clients and friends, thank you for making me feel so welcome.  Some amazing local suppliers were there - I fell in love with Stephanie Rose's beautiful flowers, just beautiful - don't even get me started on Halsey's scrumptious canapes (and 'cheese' cake, I'm a massive fan of Cornish Yarg!) or Crumbly Wumbly's moreish cakes....Thank you Erica and Kirsty from Camp Marquees for a lovely day - I'm looking forward to working with you again soon!

Are you based in Hitchin or nearby?  I would love to hear from you whether you are a local business, potential client or potential friend! Leave a comment in the box below or email me!

While I was there I couldn't resist taking some portrait photos too (typical I know!) I caught this lovely little man practising learning to walk (HOW gorgeous!), and then his dad's dog-in-law shaking his thang!
